In-store pickup
If you are located near our store at 3750 Losch Boulevard, Saint-Hubert, QC, J3Y 5T6, Canada, and selected the “Pick Up In-Store” option at checkout, please contact us before stopping by.
This ensures that a team member is available to assist you — otherwise, the door may not be open.
Pickup at our US warehouse in Watervliet, NY is currently not available.

Duties and import taxes
Orders shipped within Canada or the United States are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
For Europe and International orders, all duties and import taxes are estimated and collected at checkout through our authorized duty-payment partner, Deliver Duty Paid (DDP). This process ensures that any applicable import fees are paid in advance, preventing additional charges or delays upon delivery.
