We ship fast so you get your gear sooner! To ensure your order isn't delayed, our team begins processing shipments shortly after they are placed. However, we now offer a 30-minute self-service window immediately following your purchase where you can manage your order directly.
Within 30 minutes of purchase, you can:
Update Details: Edit your shipping address or contact information.
Modify Items: Change product sizes/options, adjust quantities, or replace a product.
Add More: Add discounted items or apply a missed discount code.
Cancel: Cancel your order entirely for a full refund.
How to make changes:Simply click the "View or edit your order" link found on your Order Confirmation page or in your confirmation email.
After 30 minutes:Once the 30-minute window has passed, the order is locked for fulfillment. At this stage, we are unable to add/remove items, change shipping methods, or cancel the order.
