How do I track my order ?Updated 2 days ago

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email right away. Your tracking information will be sent in a separate email once your package is prepared for shipment.

We process and pack orders on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
This means your tracking number will usually be generated the following business day, once our team creates the shipping label and your order is ready to leave our warehouse.

As soon as your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page

Simply click the link to follow your package in real time.

If you didn't receive your tracking email, it can be because of a few reasons:

  • It may take up to 24 hours after label creation for the carrier to update tracking scans
  • The email might be in your spam/junk folder
  • Your order may have been placed on a weekend or holiday, and will be processed the following business day
  • There may have been a typo in your email address during checkout
