Promotional codes, discount codes, and association codes can all be applied during checkout. Below is everything you need to know about how they work, eligibility, and common questions.
How to Apply a Promotional Code
You can enter your discount, association, or promotional code in the “Discount Code” field displayed just under the items in your cart and above the subtotal.
Once the code is successfully applied, the discount amount will appear automatically in your order total.
Eligibility
Our discount and promotional codes apply to the following:
- Zebrasclub-branded items at regular price only
This means that:
- Codes do not apply to items already on sale
- Codes do not apply to products from other brands sold on zebrasclub.com
- Codes cannot be combined (Shopify limitation — only one code per order)
If a code does not work, it’s usually because the items in your cart are not eligible or the promotion has expired.
Can I Apply a Discount Code After Placing an Order?
We now offer a 30-minute self-service window immediately following your purchase where you can manage your order directly and apply your discount code.
Simply click the "View or edit your order" link found on your Order Confirmation page or in your confirmation email.

Association Discount Codes
We have transitioned from individual local association discount codes to a more secure and streamlined system.
Why the change?
To ensure the integrity of our programs, we have moved away from public-facing codes. We found that local discount codes were frequently being indexed by automated coupon platforms (such as Honey), leading to significant unauthorized use outside of the partnered associations.
The New Model: Better Value & Security
To protect our pricing and ensure these benefits remain exclusive to the associations, we have adopted a bulk order and provincial association model. This change allows us to offer deeper discounts than our previous program. By purchasing gear directly as an association, you can pass these increased savings on to your officials while ensuring the discount remains secure and exclusive to your group.
